Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the IASLC 2019 WCLC Conference Secretariat’s address by July 19, 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a € 110.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after July 19, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
Consent to use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in IASLC 2019 WCLC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IASLC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
